The car is about 14 miles from me. It's a original California car but looks like it was near a coast for a long time. Some evidence of rust repair in the top drip gutters and some minor rust through in the upper door jambs. The rest of the car is as solid as any i've seen.
Every piece of chrome pot metal suffers from a "rash".
It's 99.5% complete, The 354 hemi started and ran smooth with a very slight tic that seemed to be dimishing before it ran out of gas. No smoke. The passenger door glass is cracked.

No brakes at all aside from the e-brake.

I really liked the car. Trying to restore it would put you upside down but to make it reliable and drive it as it is is what i'm thinking. It's a no reserve auction..... He said $8K to BIN but seemed very negotiable. Need to see where the auction go's.

I drove my 65 Coronet 500 vert over there and offered to trade it for the wagon and 10K. He liked the thought but didn't have the cash.

That's the generator/power steering combo unit.

No, that's a generator/power steering pump.

Slap some KBS rust seal on the floors and do the brakes, then use it as a daily driver.
