Window wiskers

I need to replace my cat wiskers on my 65 fury I found a couple of places to get them , one is herbs auto parts and the other is Steele rubber products , they want about 80 dollars more ? My question is do you think it pays to go with the more expensive ones ? I would appreciate any advice, thanks.

Look for the company that sells Top Cat Beltline Weatherstrips.

I bought a set from Steele for 1 of the cars. I was very happy with them. I didn't think they were that more expensive. Maybe double check with them?

Thanks Ross, it looks like DMT might be a good choice? Also I was wondering what you think about gluing the inner ones on ? I guess rivets would be better if I can find the right size to use ?

I used Top Cat Whiskers and bought from both Restoration Specialties and Dante's.

Don't glue them.

I got my Top Cat whiskers from Restoration Specialties as well.

I used 1/8 rivits in place of the factory staples. Touched up the rivet head with a black Sharpie I had on hand. Invisible and the rivet head sinks plenty deep into the whisker so glass will never hit it.
