Windshield

Having no luck locating a windshield for a 65 Monaco in Canada I turned to Ebay. Is all glass pretty close in quality? They claim they are DOT certified, & I'm thinking there is probably a couple manufacturers & lots of distributors. There is one seller who has multiple pickup locations & good feedback not too far away.

I have heard the new ones are thinner but it's a moot point in as much I'm guessing, like many things, they all come from one manufacturer.
