i rebuilt a nyb it has a 440 9-1 compression motor i installed a set of 72 heads cut to make 90cc its close to 9-1 it has a old school 440 magnums /six pack cam with wat they called battle ship double valve springs they was good for .500" lift cam i installed a carter avs carb (it was standard on a 71 c body ) i rebuilt the 440 my self i used te best parts i installed a double roll timing set . the motor has 45 psi @ idle &70 psi on the highway it is good . mechanical wize its great . i bottomed out while coming off a extreamly rough rail road crossing the k member ds messed up . no one here will take it on . i was going to fix a little body damage from a side swap accident (some gal hit me with no insurance) 4 yrs ago & the guy that tryed failed . i have all the paint clear coat basecoat even the primer . i bough sanders & sand paper . everything but filler . i even bought patches for th small a mount of rust on it . if i could find someone to fix the k member i would keep her . i was driving i as a dayly drive then this happened . i put in a factory am/m radio & new speakers i didnt get enough from the ins to fix it or buy different they say its worth 6500 but wih the dents & poor pant + the damaged k member its only worth $4000 so thats whst i asking. here r some before the member got damaged it was ordered out as a heavy tow car it has a 1972 class V 9000# HITCH BUT THE 3.23 sure grip gears was gone before i bought her it still has the 8.75 rear end in i added a set of 200# air shocks the last 2 pics r of the messed up k member i need as much as i can get cause o=im broke (on disability no pension from work it will start & run but it has a damaged oil pan it drove after bottoming out the steering wheel isnt right knew it was hurt i just didnt know how bad
