Anyone have some information on that Sunday Chicagoland show? Trying to decide when I'd be heading back home.

I haven't been to Back to the 50's in years. Always went there with mom and dad. Got way to big to see everything. Seemed like if it wasn't raining it was 90+ degrees. Dad loved the swap meet on Sunday.

Well I'm rolling the dice and signed up. Now if my car (and myself) will just make the trip. Just did a 250 mile round trip without a major issue. But still a little shaky about such a greater distance.

There was one just listed in Minnesota yesterday. Nearly it's twin except for a 360, vinyl roof, and a better interior. But apparently it didn't last long by the time I got back to the ad I couldn't find it.

Had a great turnout today for the Eddie Cochran show. Actually had a pretty fair amount of Mopars. Here's a sample of what showed up. And very cool early 60's period custom Ford sedan. I will post an update if there is anything new at the 4th of July show.

This was up to Mopars In the Park. Very clean and quite nice looking. Just got to love that highland interior.

I just can't put my finger on it. Is it the hood scoop, go wing, custom gauges w/shifter. Poor 74 Fury deserves better, but I'd take it.

Just wanted to let you know about a couple of events coming up in Albert Lea MN. Eddie Cochran Weekend June 7th and 8th 2024. 4th of July on Broadway.

At least it didn't happen on 35 in Lakeville.

LocuMob has got me seriously thinking about coming down for the C-body show. And then I wake up to this. Really regretting putting 12 gallons back in the tank.

I know I enjoyed my first time at Mopars In the Park. Got to meet a few people. Although one thing kinda surprised me though. Just how many people stopped by, took pictures and chatted with me. Not used to that other shows the Imperial is ignored. Didn't get everywhere but hopefully next year?

Who parked their non C-body Imperial with the C-bodies. I finally made it!

Sold quite quickly too. Hopefully that Fury is getting a good home.
