2024 Mopars In The Park, Stillwater, MN May 31st-June 2 2024.

I got a variety of beers today. A word of warning, they are mostly hoppy in nature, but there's a couple lighter ones. It was either that or rhubarb and sangria, I'm not a fan of either.

Looks like I'll be applying RainX before I head out, I love that stuff.

See everyone tomorrow!
See ya

I'm out, possibly. My radiator took a crap, so I won't be making the show in the wagon. I might head up in the van, the tow guy is on the way, and I didn't make it that far.

I grabbed a couple of local 4 packs. An amber and American Pale Ale. The hoppy IPA’s are really good when mixed with an amber. Flavors up the amber and reduces the hoppyness

I took a few pictures of the C-body field. I didn’t take individual pictures. We also had a surprise visit from @twostick who happened to be in town and stranded for truck repairs. I think we counted 5 Imperial 2 doors at the show.

We had a ‘67 Plymouth VIP, ‘67 Polara 2 Dr ht and a ‘68 Polara 2 Dr ht all next to each other. It was kind of cool to see the differences between the three. The VIP drove down from Thunder Bay Ontario.

On another note there was a decent L code 440,‘68 Chrysler 300 2 Dr HT in the car corral. Had quite a few options including shoulder belts, disk brakes, A/C. I believe it had 98K miles, Silver with a black vinyl top. It had a re-paint at sometime in its life but body was in great condition. A little scale in the trunk under the Matt but otherwise great shape. It had a price of $10k it was sold by noon. Needed a few little things like power steering cap, A/C repair, and some engine compartment clean up, but it ran and drove. I didn’t get any pictures. I looked at the fender tag but didn’t record it. @billyfury took some over all pictures.
If he sees this and wants to share. No he didn’t buy it.

I know I enjoyed my first time at Mopars In the Park. Got to meet a few people. Although one thing kinda surprised me though. Just how many people stopped by, took pictures and chatted with me. Not used to that other shows the Imperial is ignored. Didn't get everywhere but hopefully next year?

LocuMob has got me seriously thinking about coming down for the C-body show. And then I wake up to this. Really regretting putting 12 gallons back in the tank.

It was good to see a bunch of familiar faces again, even if I was late!

@69CoronetRT sorry I missed you Doug, always fun talking numbers with you.

I'm looking forward to next year's show already.
