Just so you know... 70 300 seats are low back with a head rest and '71 300 seats are highbacked.

I've got just what you need!!!


However you might note that

1. It's rusted through in 6 places
2. pack rats "reupholstered" the seats
after building 5 consecutive nests in 9 years of sitting outside next to a seawall.
3. my wife was taking a shop class and drilled 60 holes in the frame
then welded 3/8 steel plates in 15 places

this seems to fit your description...
