No holes. Studs.
Grind them off.
No welding rquired.

You sure? Stud backside has "tin" nuts. If grind outside part of, wont stud/nut fall inside fender/door?
Hmm have to remove 1 of those and see how it is.

After some Google.... Chrysler Newport Cordoba. Aztec style. And i was thinking to dye those black, now not so sure. 2d HT sold 1,868.
