Cool car, what shape is it in?

440 standard
727 auto column shift
B3blue
White stripe
Black vinyl top
B7 blue bench seat
June 12 scheduled production date
AM 8 track
Rear speakers
A/C
Fender turn signals

its in great shape the top was starting to tear so he took it off and painted it the same as the car .
it has 64,000 miles on it so is it worth $4500. one door was hit and he had it fixed and had it painted but the color is just a little off . all the trim is there and he has the 8 track but is not in the car .
the guy drives it every where . thank you for the decoding i think it needs to come home with me

The most important parts of the tag, which I do not see discussed in the replies thus far, are:

1. good new: B41 Power Disc Brakes, great!

2. (very) bad news: the H53 code for AutoTemp I. CH41T0C253018 is a 1970 sedan, so her A/C system is the infamous ATC1 -- about which I have heard so many awful things, from folks like @saforwardlook who know these fusies inside and out, that I simply will not touch any car equipped with it (except maybe a convertible, for obvious reasons).

This said, this is a great color, and the roof repaint in a slightly different shade of blue makes it look (somewhat) like a two-tone car from some angles. The slightly different shade helps with the door repaint, as it is the same color.

Do you have pictures of the interior? I am assuming that all the power toys (P25 Power Left Front Seat, P33 Power Vent Windows, P45 Power Deck Lid Release) work?

PS: The door repaint is visible in the photos, I don't know how bad the color mismatch is in person.

PPS: In related matters, are you sure that the rest of the car has not been repainted? The reason why I am asking is because, of all the EB3 fuselage photos I have seen, just one looked to have the same slightly turquoise tint as yours -- and that car had been repainted. The EB3 shade should be a cold light blue metallic. It could of course be an artifact of the camera or of the outside light, but I thought I ought to point it out. Don't get me wrong, I actually like this shade better than all but one of the EB3 cars I have seen -- but I thought I should mention it.
