I was wondering whether anyone on the site has been able to source reproduction, original correct C body battery cables, fuseable link and all?

Thanks for the suggestions. It seems some are available for 65 - 68 C bodies at Mancinis, but nothing for 69 and newer.

Last month at Carlisle I happen to be in their tent looking at their negative battery cables and a sales guy asked me if I needed any help. I told him I needed a negative battery cable for my '68 Imperial and that they are 37" long. He pulls out a business card and says to give the office a call and that they can make one that size.
I think that they could do the positive cable if you asked them.

Steve, none of the ‘65 Chrysler positive cables that are currently available are correct. I had to have mine custom made by s tech I know at M&H.

Up here in Canada, 65 had black positive battery cables.
I have a local guy here that makes battery cables in house,.
They may look correct even though they are not.
This company is moving fast in a lot of directions. They bought out Gary Goers who made reproduction parts for the Forward Look cars (a huge number of parts he had available will continue to be made by them). They are also working on the reproduction correct washer bottles for the fuselage cars 70 and up and it appears they have the capability to do battery cables too. As I compare the cables between my E body, B bodies and C bodies, there are a lot of differences between all of them, making it hard to cover all the bases by any reproduction company. I will call them to see what they might have coming in the future for us then. Thanks for the insight. I like that you also have a 1969 Charger it appears from your avatar. One of the best styled cars of all time IMO.
It appears that the 68 cables are available at Mancini as well, as mentioned by Dave above.

I've been looking for a year for a repro Positive cable for my Hurst car....scoured Carlisle in '18 and this year...no luck. Note that the 69-70 cars (and others?) have the solenoid up at the master cylinder, not the fender like most other Mopars. I found one that would be long enough if the solenoid was on the fender.
Both times I've talked extensively to "JB The Cable Guy" [email fishtow@comcast.net, but no website]. Last year he told me he'd have them this year....nope. And I don't particularly like his cheesy-looking square-head terminal, and I don't like that he DOES NOT put a fusible in the harness....says it doesn't need it.
So still I search.

Agreed. I have a 65 Sport FuryBig Block Survivor with Black positive cable.
This thread popped up at about the perfect time as I need to replace mine too.
Can you tell us what, other than color, is wrong with the repros? If it's just color I had thought about painting.

Color of the cable wouldn’t bother me. I keep the hood closed at shows anyway.

The heat shielding is incorrect, they do not have the molded rubber piece at the bottom and some have wires not needed.
