Ross; You are one lucky guy! '68 Monaco, and a '67 Polara in the resto stage....are you doing a build thread? There is a couple '68 Polara's in Mi for sale by the haggle me crowd, and I have some friends across the lake...may send them to take a look!

Hey Sheldon,

There is a build thread but in a nutshell, the Polara came from Arizona & was 100% rust free unrestored. I'm doing a black on black resto mod with a 500 HP 6.1L for a power plant.

The Monaco 500 is an unrestored California car that still looks great in original paint & the original interior is still perfect. It's for sale but only for the right $.

Ross, the Polara sounds very cool! I'll have a look for the thread.I am interested in the Monaco....but I can't move on anything right now as I'm very busy with work, and have a B body project I'm finishing up! Just trying to get something lined up,and would rather pay for a complete driver than another full project. If you could send me some pics, I would appreciate it! my email is rcrkean@yahoo.ca

Thanks,Sheldon

Can't say you will find one more complete than Ross's Monaco.
And it's available right now.
Just hit the "BUY IT NOW" button.

16K or I'll keep it forever. 18,500 is my OBO number but all bullshit aside, it takes 16....

Hi Sheldon
I am from Botwood, NL Canada only 5 hours away.
I have a 68 Monaco 500 Convertible which I am beginning to restore. Trying to get it back on the road for my daughters' graduation in 2 years.
I am new to the site also but if there is any way I can help let me know.

Actually,maybe you can...
There was a '68 Monaco,copper with a black top,and a '67 Ploara,gold,both were in the Grand Falls/Windsor ares.This was quite a few years ago,any idea if they're still around?

Welcome to the site...I'm on the left coast of Canada. If you do get a C-body don't waste your time with a rusty car. Pay the extra money and get a rust free car. My last 3-4 vehicles have all come out of dry US states. Worth every penny to have them shipped up to me.
