Seller's description

Selling the holy grail of police package cars, a 1969 Dodge Polara ex California Highway Patrol car. Had this for a while and never going to get to it, here is your chance to get the fastest cop car made until the 90’s. Very straight car but will need floor pans, trunk pan, lower quarters and rear window a little bit. It’s west coast rust, frame rails are good. No engine or transmission in it. Only 14 of these are known right now and a restored one just got $50k. Located in Olympia, Washington.Having a giant car purge this week, selling a bunch of stuff to clear my property a bit. Only listing this stuff for one week and if it doesn’t sell it doesn’t sell, I’ll just keep it.1951 Desoto $4001970 Plymouth Sport Satellite $3k1977 Dodge Power wagon short bed 4x4 - $900VW based trail rig - $1kDodge M37 Power Wagon Military rig - $2k1967 Dodge Coronet 4 door - Bare Shell Parts car $5001967 Plymouth Belvedere II 2 door $1500Can send pics of any of the cars. @hergfest -- do you happen to have a photo of the fender tag that you could post?

FYI vin and fender tag do not match, so that’s not the vin for the car. Open to offers on the car needs to go to a good home.

Brown with a vinyl top but CHP? Was it done more "civilian" after retirement?
It’s not a vinyl top which is mentioned in the video, previous owner texture painted the top and put tape down each side to make it look like a vinyl top.

Indeed the listing on eBay states the VIN as DK41L9D230041 — now that the car has sold, does it look like it might be reunited with its powertrain?
