engine is probably a 283
I'll bet that at least two of those superchargers don't have internal parts. Probably none of them do... I wouldn't even be surprised if there was a 4bbl carb in the bottom blower.

Here it was at the Daytona Turkey Run in 2024.
Big blower cars has been quite the disease here in Daytona for the car shows with a whole group of them gathering up at the Bellair Plaza Shopping Center, I think they have some club that goes beyond the Daytona area... like maybe the Southeast. I've seen some trailered in and only very rarely see one in traffic around town outside the events. Of course they are totally illegal to drive on any public roads with a state that has motor vehicle inspection laws. (only in Floriduh)

2008 Pretty much the same group.
2009 I'm starting to get bored with them, they would parade around town in a group never much getting above idle and short throttle bursts but you could hear them for a mile away at just that speed.

2011 Some newcomers.
2016 Getting really really bored with going up to Bellare Plaza and seeing the same-o same-o.
More interested in the motorcycles.
2021 So bored and can't be bothered and just view the Tube videos on the HDMI screen.
2023 Really can't be much bothered now and just have a geeez relaxing in the bark-a-lounger and using the phone with SnapChat map. BlowerBoyz is the Club's name I think.

No the are quite a few videos of it at the Daytona Turkey runs with it driving in traffic an the night time activities out at the Spedway (after they kicked them out of Bellair Plaza).
They just parade around...

Probably burn $75 in gas just going across the city from Beachside to the Spedway.
They use to tear up the Bellair Plaza pretty wild with burnouts very late at night, I hung around well past midnight a couple of times but never saw it, but the next morning when I got there early as the parking lot was filling up you could see the tire marks and torn up asphalt. I think all that happened well past 2am.
Then the shopping center changed hands (new owner) and they didn't care for the late night wildness plus One Daytona was failing for customers so the powers too be (Spedway/Frances) got the shopping center to shut down the activities to drive them to One Daytona, then One Daytona got sick of them tearing up the parking lot and blaring music (plus the business till's weren't reaping the $$$$) and they shuffled them across the street to the SpedWay parking lot.
