Pardon Our Interruption... (This is the EBay link)

*Born a 383. Seller has no receipts for the mechanical engine rebuild, so the components listed are unknown/ hearsay from prior owner. Seller has the original steering wheel for those wishing. That said, she's a looker, but will need that cancer addressed sooner v. later. In all, worth a look if local with the knowledge she is not equipped with her original engine. Non-issue for someone who prefers to have a 440 anyway. Fixed format listing at $27,500 (so presumptively not taking offers below this amount).

FROM THE LISTING, block and copied:

"1970 Plymouth Fury Gran Coupe, 440 Automatic w/OD, F8 Green Exterior w/two-tone Green interior, Torque Thrust wheels w/ Cooper Cobras 235/70 & 275/60, Stainless Steel exhaust w/Flowmasters, Lunati cam w/Keith Black Pistons, New Woodgrain Steering Wheel, Custom ‘GT’ style strobe stripes showing ‘GC’ for Gran Coupe, Gator Vinyl Top. Extremely Clean Florida car, Absolutely Rust-Free body and frame. Gorgeous deep gloss smooth-as-glass paint (a couple small paint chips and a couple minor spots of orange peel on DR fender). Interior excellent condition. Drives beautifully. Rear bumper mint condition, front bumper very good condition. Glass and Trim are in excellent shape. I just recently re-did the rear tail panel to black, so some photos show the original silver on the panel. Originally a 383, F4 Lime Green w/Green Gator Top and Side Body Moulding- nicely converted to a healthy 440 w/OD, F8 w/Black Gator Top (side body moulding deleted - but I have the original moulding and will be included with sale). This was done years ago by previous owner - still in great shape and car show ready. This is not a fire sale, have to sell one or two toys to fund household projects…..have a few things for sale and whatever sells, it sells. As you can see from photos, I have an affinity for the ‘70 Gran Coupe, so not desperate or excited to sell this one. Would like to go to a home of someone with same affinity for these 70s - best front end with those hideaway headlights in my opinion. I have owned for 1 year and it’s been stored on a lift as you see in some photos, haven’t had time to enjoy driving, just looking at it every morning when I come into my shop. That might be a sign that maybe it should be passed along as I have a brown 70 Gran Coupe (that’s in photos) that is very sentimental as my Dad bought the same exact car (brown/brown with paisley top) new in ‘70, the year I was born.
You would be extremely hard pressed to find another Gran Coupe this straight and clean unless it was a freshly restored one, and even then it would still stand tall against it.
This would be an As-Is Sale- still necessary to say as it’s a 55+ yr old car. Expect minor imperfections or a quirk that may go undetected, vehicle priced accordingly and accounted for it not being freshly restored. Check my high feedback, I’ve had a few pass through my toy collection and this is certainly one of the finest, hands down

Thanks for looking, and don’t miss out….rare find and a steal here."

No cold start or driving videos posted at time of this share.

Dropped price by $1,000. IMHO Still over priced given lack of engine rebuild component receipts, the area of underlying cancer and non orig drive train.

In my opinion the market has peaked for at least a little while. The money doesn't seem to be there, nor does the interest.
This car while very nice may have done better as an original car. Who knows .

Excuse, says orange peel (not cancer), definitely check well. At least if just orange peel in that spot, it can be fine sanded to correct the rushed/sloppy paint area.
