Pickins are pretty slim for inch and a half whitewalls. I'd rather not buy Chinese but these are rated well and affordable.

Installed the new fuel tank sending unit to replace the rusty nasty one while I'm waiting to get the radiator back.

My upholstery buddy will come by hopefully next week to help me put the headliner in so today I started polishing the chrome and cleaning the sun visors so they'll be ready to go back in. My visors are in remarkably good condition. I just noticed that the vanity mirror even has the forward look emblem embossed on it.

Making progress. Polished all the interior chrome so I could reinstall it after the new headliner went in. Nice driving it now without the headliner hanging down in my head!

Hey! Thanks big BIG for this datum! I've been looking for a decent whitewall since Hankook Optimos have been pulled from production. Price is tolerably close to right also. Gee, I gotta thank Pres. Eraserhead for making America Great Again! We can afford CHINESE WHITEWALLS AT WALMART!
