Are there any vendors or individuals that can remove scratches and dents out of stainless steel wheel covers? Thanks!

In the "older" car hobby, there have been services that will straighten and polish stainless steel moldings. What kind of repairs are needed? Pictures?

First top pic shows it flew off the car and hit the nose..lol.
The dent can be worked out.
But the deep scratches can be sanded out up to a certain point but not all will dissapear
