Now his seller profile shows the Imperial for sale in Hudson, NH, Beverly Hills, CA, Benicia, CA, and Houston, TX.
I'm going to bed now. Wonder where it will be in the AM.
Now I'm saying the current seller is indeed shady.

I was convinced of that immediately.

Seller's response to my question about it being advertised in different cities was 'more exposure'. Seems like he has an aswer for everything, except the dodgy documentation.

Tell him you want to see it in person Tuesday. Ask which city to book the flight for.
Just for sh*ts and giggles, why does he list it at the same amount in both US and Canadian $. Why would he list as CA$ in the US?

I reported as scam on FB, but I'm sure they don't care.

I know where the car is. It's just west of Clifton Springs, NY. That's between Syracuse and Rochester, about an hour west of me.

The "Batavia" address on the bogus window sticker gave me the first clue that it might be in NYS. Second clue was the profile of the seller lists him as CEO etc. for Canandaigua Auto Sales in Clifton Springs. The sign for J and J Auto (in the background) shows Clifton Springs in a search, so that tells me exactly where the car is... and J and J is junk yard. Or at least where it was when the pics were taken.

That means Western/Central New York State car, so rust is probably a given. The rear quarters look patched, and there is rust bleed through in other spots, so there ya go...

Canandaigua Auto Sales web site doesn't list this car, so my bet is it came into the yard and he's selling it for J And J. That's just a edumacated guess though. He only lists one car for sale there and it's not the Imperial. CANANDAIGUA AUTO SALES – Car Dealer in Webster, NY

Reverberator is spelled incorrectly also.

"Golden touch tuner radio" is what the early 60's radio's were called. I noticed it has a speaker in the door that looks like the AM-FM stereo mutiplex radio option. I don't know if that was available in 67.

Well, maybe, but give the current location of the car, rather than changing it every time a new ad is placed.
This is such a common scam theme.
Canandaigua Motors website is weird, too. Every car listed but one is marked sold.
Seems it would be hard to attract buyers with an inventory of one car.

I reported it twice, it's still up...that's FB for you, scamming people is ok, but call someone a name and you're banned.
