I know where the car is. It's just west of Clifton Springs, NY. That's between Syracuse and Rochester, about an hour west of me.
The "Batavia" address on the bogus window sticker gave me the first clue that it might be in NYS. Second clue was the profile of the seller lists him as CEO etc. for Canandaigua Auto Sales in Clifton Springs. The sign for J and J Auto (in the background) shows Clifton Springs in a search, so that tells me exactly where the car is... and J and J is junk yard. Or at least where it was when the pics were taken.
That means Western/Central New York State car, so rust is probably a given. The rear quarters look patched, and there is rust bleed through in other spots, so there ya go...
Canandaigua Auto Sales web site doesn't list this car, so my bet is it came into the yard and he's selling it for J And J. That's just a edumacated guess though. He only lists one car for sale there and it's not the Imperial.
