Hellcat at my local track.

Who's doing that?
Just a general statement about anyone who buys a car like this only to hide it away hoping to turn it for a profit in the future instead of driving the crap out of it. If I could afford one I would drive it like I stole it and keep a supply of rear tires on hand.

I suppose there are guys doing that somewhere. I've seen and heard of a lot being on the road..... I certainly wouldn't let mine sit in hibernation

I couldn't park any car that I own....

I wouldn't care how rare, how new, or even a complete rotisserie restoration, whatever. At a minimum I would be driving it on fair weather days whenever possible and eventually taking it to the track to have fun and see how fast it was in the 1/4 mile.

If you have multiple cars one can sit. You develop a passion for driving one over the other.
Don't believe me? Go buy a nice rare original car with low miles and all the options. You'll find its almost a burden but a nice problem to have.

Tis true. If you have a lift and then put the car on it, it's a real pain to move especially with another car under it, maybe a bicycle or two, etc. By then it's time to go do something else if you have kids that are active in anything. My intention was never to let a car sit, but it's happened.

Me too...I don't have that lift that's not the issue with me simply, Jersey traffic and afraid of something happening to it. If I only had one the I would drive it but I can leave this one alone
