Had that Turbine hood ornament on here and it sold fast to a member.
Not everyone can afford a million dollar Turbine car.

Besides, I’m willing to work with a guy, if he’s interested in something.

Oh man! More ultra neat stuff! I really want one of those lighters. I just can't justify it right now. Those coveralls are pretty interesting. I think some photos of them in use would increase interest, and be real cool too! I'll see what I can do.

The small hood "Turbine" script, nice condition, is sold.

LOL! I'm not the model type, and not sure I'd fit into the coveralls!!
I'll think about it though....

:usflag::usflag::usflag::usflag::usflag: :thankyou:

Really cool parts !!

What's interesting about the knobs used in the turbine cars is that for all the unique parts its a classic example of the Chrysler "raid existing parts bin" as those knobs are the same ones used in the production 1964 model Imperials.

Here's where the lighter is located on the turbine car in the rear console.

Cool pics. Yeah, just think: my 2 used cigarette lighters were used by guys driving the Turbine cars!! Wonder which car and who??

God, I still love that interior. The leather seats, long console and gauge pods, just beautiful. I think I was in 6th grade when I first road in a Turbine. Sounded like the Batmobile but better looking.

In 2016 I got to see one in person as part of an exhibit at the Frist Museum in Nashville, TN, see attached video.

The whole exhibit was amazing, and worth the trip to Nashville, just about the best one I have ever seen, we wound up going through the exhibit several times.

The coveralls were used at Highland Park Engineering, in the Turbine Lab.

Pics posted look more like assembly line pics...
