Yes, that's an oddball piece, to allow to put a 4-barrel under a 318-2-barrel-size filter housing.
Might almost be worth more if it was single snorkel - perfect for a 408 sleeper car!

I bought it for a '74 Dodge Van that I no longer have and it was listed as being for a 360 4 bbl van. I have been told that it is from a mod-1980's Dodge truck/Ramcharger. Not 100% sure on the application.

I'm thinking that is from a van, motorhome or ambulance. Something with the engine under the removable cover.
