NOT MINE 1965 Chrysler 300L Conv., 413/4-spd. (Mecum; No Reserve; Jan. 14)

This is the collection it came from. I don't know how you bring up the selling price of the other cars sold. He liked his big convertibles. The Frank Karabetsos Collection - Mecum Auctions

NOT MINE 1965 Chrysler 300L Conv., 413/4-spd. (Mecum; No Reserve; Jan. 14)

It was a no reserve so it sold. It was one of several cars from a single collection. Several sold for less than I thought. They all presented well but maybe none driven on a regular basis or at all.

NOT MINE 1965 Chrysler 300L Conv., 413/4-spd. (Mecum; No Reserve; Jan. 14)

Came up on my lunch break. Sold for $30,000 quite a deal for a 4 speed.

Plug n play headlight harness upgrade

Something is clearly wrong. Fixing other people's attempt on electrical installations can be a headache. I would look for a good description for the installation of relays for the headlights and start over. I'll see if I can find mine. They were excellent. Don't just remove them they are a very...

Just got a 1960 Imperial Crown. A few things are needed.

Didn't know about this good advice. I have a big resistor in my electronic tool box to discharge big fat capacitors. I have electrical tape on the leads closest to the resistor, so I can bend them, to discharge capacitors

    What is your dream car?

Fun looking through the old thread which I missed the first go around. This 1960 300F would fit the bill for me. Now in the handbuilt totally over the top car. A 1938 Delahaye 165 Cabriolet V-12

My new `67 Imperial Crown Coupe!

Great. 2,500 is a nice number of miles to put on your Imperial. Love the pictures.

    Name that girl

Got it can't believe it has been 16 years since we lost her. I had the poster too. I always try to get it from just the photo first before reading your clues. I couldn't from the photo only, but can see it after I knew who she was.

Got it. I've never seen this photo. Had a big crush on her from one of her classic outfits in the movies. She had a great crazy lady role, in a classic comedy, popular with most of us here.

Yes that is our beautiful theater. I took my wife, on one of our first dates to see Casablanca, 40 years ago. We still go back every year. Lots of shows besides the classic summer movie series. It is also the home of our Symphony. It was built in the late 20s for Lowe's. To start the new era of...

    Name that girl

I got it immediately from the photo and know her back history so that just confirmed it. I always thought she was one of the most beautiful actresses. We have a great summer movie series in Columbus, OH in the beautifully restored Ohio Theater. I saw Gone with the Wind in that theater, which...

    Paint code mystery

No if you can find the broadcast sheet. Mine was under the rear bench seat half eaten by mice.

    Paint code mystery

Something doesn't add up here. It looks like if you had FF-1 exterior you could only have the H1B blue interior. That certainly looks like the H1Q turquoise interior.

    1965 Fury III Convertible

Welcome. You are at the right place. There is a great collective of Mopar knowledge here. I restored my 1966 300 convertible and would have been impossible with out these guys here.

You should watch it with her. It is about a very dysfunctional family. It will make you feel good about any slight dysfunction in your own. The crazy aunt would be a good one for your game, I don't think you have done her already. Most would know her from a big early movie, and know her very...
