    Paint code mystery

No if you can find the broadcast sheet. Mine was under the rear bench seat half eaten by mice.

    Paint code mystery

Something doesn't add up here. It looks like if you had FF-1 exterior you could only have the H1B blue interior. That certainly looks like the H1Q turquoise interior.

    1965 Fury III Convertible

Welcome. You are at the right place. There is a great collective of Mopar knowledge here. I restored my 1966 300 convertible and would have been impossible with out these guys here.

    Name that girl

You should watch it with her. It is about a very dysfunctional family. It will make you feel good about any slight dysfunction in your own. The crazy aunt would be a good one for your game, I don't think you have done her already. Most would know her from a big early movie, and know her very...

    Name that girl

I got this one. We just watched one of the movies she directed 30 years ago. One of the few Thanksgiving comedies out there, and my wife and I watch nearly every year. Loaded with stars and didn't have commercial success but still one of my favorite movies, which no one has ever seen or heard of.

Choke replacement for early Carter AFB (model 2650S)

I bought an electric choke but never installed it. For the first time in 12 years I finally got my original choke adjusted correctly and it works perfectly now. Part of my issue was badly burnt valves, once I got the head work done everything else come together. I got the idle down to the...

    1969 300 rocker molding clips

Good luck. If you don't have a pressure pot you may have some air bubbles but with a clip that big you are probably fine so long as they are not in critical areas. Are you using smooth-on products?

    1969 300 rocker molding clips

Send me a personal message if you would are interested in me making them. I can discuss the process and cost. They would be made out of the hard resin. I would also need 2-4 in basically complete near perfect condition to make the mold.

    1969 300 rocker molding clips

I looked in my molds and this is the one I found. It is different and pretty large. I could most likely make some, but they would need to be made out of the same product as I made for Steve above in post #22 for his Buick Roadmaster. This product is completely rigid, so it would not need to flex.

    1969 300 rocker molding clips

I feel like I made a mold for these clips but there was too much flex for them to work and a harder resin was too hard Sorry

Imperial 1971 sleeve and isolator front and rear 13-11-18 part number:2534-984-5

I found this company who reproduces polyurethane bushings. They have 3 levels of shore hardness. A good reference for potential bushings. I could make these but I would need 1 original in good shape to make a mold. Here is another chart giving you a comparison with new and old rubber...

Imperial 1971 sleeve and isolator front and rear 13-11-18 part number:2534-984-5

They should be pretty easy to make a squeeze mold from, much easier than most lenses, no areas where air can get trapped. The key is finding the correct product to make the bushings. The company I use has 3 products made of polyurethane rubber with a shore hardness of 70A, 80A & 90A

First drive with 1966 Chrysler 300 convertible!

Sweet, nicely optioned. AC convertible pretty rare, and FM really hard to find in a '66. Congratulations!

So I bought this one today.

I definitely understand that. You are making a permanent repair which will put you one step closer to the restoration of a beautiful car. I need to learn from my cousin he is a farmer and an excellent fabricator. He welds out of necessity but enjoys fabricating tools to make jobs easier.

So I bought this one today.

Great work Matt! This is a skill I have always wanted to learn and even bought some equipment years ago. Fortunately I still don't own a car which needs body work.

I knew I should have just tried cleaning it first. Great tip

Check your PCV valve, so easy and feeling stupid

I replaced the hose, years ago. The valve itself was bad. It was open when I blew through it in both directions. Hardly any resistance in the direction which it should have been sealed shut.
