Wrecking Yard With 1,000 apps Cars About To Be Crushed - LOTS of Fuselage Cars!

why don't they just sell the property as-is (or whatever the plan is)? Doesn't seem worth it given what has been said about the state of things. Extracting cars just to crush them seems like a non starter. Even if they were to open it as a junk yard, picking parts while being subject to gunfire...

What are you working on today??

The refresh of the driver's side power seat assembly is finally done and installed back into the car. A tip is to compress the spring and use zip ties to keep it in place when you take apart the gear. It makes assembly MUCH easier. Use a power drill and the cable to spin it to compress it down...

Wrecking Yard With 1,000 apps Cars About To Be Crushed - LOTS of Fuselage Cars!

If someone simply spent time moving the cars out, beginjing at the front of the yard, it would be doable. In my opinion they are 95% parts cars. You couldnt have an auction because of the logistics on the hill. I wonder if anyone is still living there? There were occupants in the trailers...

There are two locations. One is //eatondetroitspring.com , fill out the menu on the front page. When the next page comes up, click on the Plymouth logo at the rh end of the upper tool bar, click on it. That accesses the 1958 Plymouth sales brochure. A few pages down, you'll come to a...

For Sale 1971 Plymouth Fury III Coupe Formal Top Gold Leaf Metallic For Sale

I think your price is high. You certainly need to post many more pictures for a valid assessment on price. Full photos of the entire driver and passenger sides, a complete rear pic, photos of the trunk floor with the mat removed, remove that tarp and show the back edge of the vinyl roof ...

    Made it into the 12s

Great job, man! I was following your progress on the Facebook group before I deactivated mine earlier this year. Awesome to see another C body solidly in the 12's. Regarding the caltracs, I have the caltracs and B body monoleafs on my '68 Fury. If you have the same front spring segment...

I may have turned to the dark side...

Long story, but I've worked for Roush and currently work for Ford. My daily when I'm not driving work vehicles is a 2018 Raptor, and I spent a few years working on the SVT/Ford Performance programs- have a huge soft spot for the S197 Mustangs, especially the 13/14 GT500's. Just incredible...

    anyone try Valvoline VR1

Not sure how loose the tolerances are on your motor, but the 15w50 Mobil 1 (only the 15w50, not their other weights) has enough zinc for flat tappet cams. I've been running it in the 440 in my car with the .590 MP solid cam for 4 years with no issues, but the motor has been together since the...
