courtesy lights - bench seat cars?

Again depends on the model. A Monaco 500 got the ignition- key, ashtray and glovebox lights. A Fury II did not. Upscale 4dr models got rear door dome lamp switches. Base models did not unless ordered.

How to adjust castor (if indeed you can with stock parts?)

From what I have seen in the replacement parts lists, the upper control arm bushings are, for the most part, offset. In the Chevy world, this is to compensate for "crossmember sag".

NOT MINE NOT MINE - 1966 Fury III 383, 4 speed WITH FACTORY AC for sale

Yes, but we've seen that the factory had no apparent concerns with AC and 4-speeds in 65-68 C-bodies, it seems the musclecars were the ones prohibited? The fact that it's a 4 speed with AC and the factory built it that way despite the known concerns of such a combination is what made it...

    Bastardized 1959 "Coronet" build

I don't know. It just looks to me that it needs a couple inches more glass and less roof from the rear view maybe? Side view, pic 5, looks good, though. Perhaps more of an arc on the top of the window?

    Headliner Retainer Molding

ello; I did a search on this and found nothing, so... I had my 66 Town and Country out at the Roseville (Mich) CJDR show recently. Someone dropped a card in the car offering headliner retainer moldings for wagons with the hardboard liner. 65" length. Samples available. Headliner Molding Guy LLC...

How to adjust castor (if indeed you can with stock parts?)

People want most caster. So they adjust front out and rear in. But that is just a place to start, and a wishful dream. They are never adjusted like that after a proper alignment. One thing nobody mentions is that caster on each side needs to be the same or it will pull to one side. Upper...

How to adjust castor (if indeed you can with stock parts?)

So basically what I'm going to do is to max out the caster (or castor, how-ever it's spelled). Pull the leading side of the upper arm out, push the trailing side in, as far as they will go. Then lock it down. Then, to adjust camber, shim the lower 2 bolts of the spindle with washers to push...

NOT MINE 1968 Plymouth Sport Fury for sale again?

Yes, I posted this one back before Brad (I guess) bought it. Posted a bunch of the ebay pics, a broker was selling it. And it got discussed maybe 2-3 weeks ago, also.

How to adjust castor (if indeed you can with stock parts?)

At to measuring devices, the local dealer had an adjustable bubble level that attached to the spindle. Had to remove the grease cap so it could clamp on. Which aggravated the car having Magnum500 wheels on it! With the wheels on the wheel plates (allowing the wheels to turn side to side...

1959 Dodge - transmission parking brake drum removal - need guidance

What trans do you have a cast iron torqurflite or a 2 speed powerflite? On a 1961 cast iron TF the seal rides on the output shaft. On a 1962 727 the seal rides on the inside of the park brake drum. Look at the drum. On the inside where the splines shaft goes through. On the outside of that...

    WANTED Road Wheels - anyone?

I have a set of 4 in pretty good shape. I'm in Lancaster County PA, so that's probably too far away. If interested, I'll get pictures and sell them for the same price $100 each. I've had them a long time, just haven't thought about selling them. You can see them here: 1965 Sport Fury...

For Sale 1970 Convertible for sale

Thank you for posting CE27N0C106155 @62dodge. Rust-free and low miles with good options (and a rare N-code) is a great combo. Other than needing a top, can you describe issues (if any)? For instance, do the radio and A/C work, does the heater work, etc.?
