LOL no hate, just jealousy :). Jealous for a lot of other reasons, too, when you look at Canada's justice system, but that's another story...

Old Chrysler Imperial Ads Sure Do Feel Sinister

I think the Marketing V.P. was a paedofile. He satisfied his urges safely through publishing brochures.

If someone wants the remains of the car as a whole. I pulled front stub and rear end undecided if I'm keeping front clip or not. But the tub and interior can go I'll let it all go for $200 and I can set it on trailer with skiddy

Looks correct to me. Fill up that wheel well with big fat rubber. That's just me, though.

No broadcast sheet there was literally barely any seat left. Fender tag is spoken for. I can post photo of door tag as well. Rear bumper is trashed, RH chrome taillight surround is spoken for also. I'll post pics of whatever you wanna see

I bought a truck here 18 years ago. The wheel wells still shine. I use the huge puddles as an under carriage wash. Don't hate me. I lost a lot of vehicles from Boston rust.

    Stealth heads

yes they should use the stock stuff fine. I would have the valve job and guides checked at a minimum. With any head.

I love this car. I don't care about the liberties taken on the car. If it had AC I would use it as a DD.

Where was this Mopar Brochure/Ad Photo shot?

Where's the 2008 Audi? 1. City? 2. Exact spot in that city where picture was posesd? Quite far away, but still rather straightforward. Obviously a major city at the time and still is today. No twists, but geography/l.o.s. could be a bit complicated. Elevation should be no trouble...

Did you happen to find any factory documents like the broadcast sheet or window sticker? I'd be interested in the fender tag if you don't want it. If you get a chance, could we please have a picture of the door sicker?

They don't look right to me; everything was very "linear" in the seat fabric, not "granny's front mat" shaped like these ones.

    Stalls in gear:

I have it higher to keep it running.

    Stalls in gear:

One question might be WHY the hot base idle speed is set that much more than a normal 600-700rpm idle speed? Is it set that high to keep it running or just somebody's idea of what it needs? OEM vac advance should be "ported", too. CBODY67

Ya, I would have tried for the original color. Does the seat coverings have the correct pattern? Did they come that way?

Do you have a pic of the general rear end exterior area and/or specifically left and right taillight assembly?
  20. MONC440

    Stalls in gear:

900 seams a little high to me for a stock engine. If you back the idle down to 800 does the engine stall? If so that also points to timing or ignition or an improper adjusted carb. I have found that timing can be an issue with stalling going into gear. The timing effects the power and the timing...
