A couple random thoughts... I've seen stuff like that shaped using insulation foam sheets laminated together and carved with an electric carving knife. That might not work where you are trying to get an internal/external template. Also seen foam core board for mock-ups too.

This eats me up inside right now

They buy them for the increase in airflow, and therefore increase in output. Sometimes for the decrease in weight.

Why are magnum center caps so long? (they don't need to be)

Also 1969 and 1970 chevys used these wheels with painted spokesm trim rings and a medium length cap. AMC had trim ring versions and caps with their full name spelled out on the center medallion. Then there was the "magnum 500" center cap with a red foil sticker. Chrysler had the longest...

Windshield and Rear Window Removal in MA

Ok, I’ll check with both. Just a bit nervous, esp about the rear window. I’m pretty sure the windshield was done at some point as the rubber is still quite supple bit that butyl in the back is tough as nails! Thanks guys!

We have two new additions to the Registry, thanks to the sharp eyes of @Lycidias. He tried to get the Door Sticker date for 235899 from the seller, but unfortunately they did not respond to his inquiry. It remains the "newest" Hurst in the Registry. Both of these new listings are in Europe...
