Dodge produced them at a 4:1 ratio to truck production. Cuz they were stolen twice before the truck was even sold ! Then 2 more times after delivery … lol We removed them from new trucks on the lot and stuck them in the glove box . Then we would reinstall them at delivery .

Did 67s come with Holleys or Carters? I think you are on the right track. Carb may have been replaced at some point with wrong specs .

What makes you think its running rich ? Smell ? O2 sensor ? Plugs ?

Not C body related but apparently Chrysler delivered some late 70s or early 80s pursuit vehicles with 360s and W2 heads .
