    Power steering pump dilemma

    My gut suspicion is that it should work fine. Try it and see, just don't hold the steering wheel all the way in either direction for more than a second each time. Holding it there will spike the pressure. Try it and see . . . CBODY67

    1967 727 rebuild -> which rockauto parts/set needed?

    "Worn" atf causing increased torque converter "stall" and decreased efficiency? Is that "something" in Canada? GM and Chrysler recommended 100k changes in normal use with Dex III, back then. Heck, well into the 1980s! Most changed it before that, but that was the factory recommendations...

    Name that girl

    that was a 100% fictional, "Hollywood" treatment from that fella ... but yes. that girl apparently was in his "re-imagined" take on a true story. I liked it, it was entertaining, but alas grade-A fiction. reminds me why I don't get my history from that director, or Oliver Stone. I stick...

    Torsion bar adjuster

    I was in your position back in July. I found there was only 1 position where you can clock the torsion bar into the lower control arm to get the proper adjustment range out of the screw. You have to back off the screw completely so that only the rounded top-head is sticking up above the...

    Power steering pump dilemma

    My brother and I recently purchased a 1957 Dodge Royal. We pulled the 325 poly and powerflite qnd installed a 1965 361 with a 727. Some sources said the heater box had to be removed and the transmission tunnel modified for it to fit. That is not the case. Having the heater out made engine...

    Name that girl

    Got it with the clues, but couldn't remember her name , it was on the tip of my tongue. Got it when I looked up her husband. It was still a big deal when I was in high school in the early 90's. My school library still had some books covering the subject, which I read. What a sad and crazy story.
