Got it, turns out it was complaining about not being able to download it securely. Great file, thanks... I looked for clips for that upper rear glass trim, but didn't see any. I suspect it's attached right onto the rubber glass seal. Anyone know for sure?

The roof rack is back on it now. As for rust, the bottom of the spare tire has a hole and there is a dime-size hole in the passenger fender behind the wheel well. No rust on any chassis parts at all. This sat in the desert so she's pretty dry.

I have a 72 custom suburban. 9 passenger Light blue. 400 engine, automatic, factory air not working. Recent paint. All trim is perfect. Starts easy and runs good. Needs plastic rollers for driver window. I hardly drive it. Current California registration. Located in Orange County California.
