    Fuel Pump Issues need diagnosis

On my wagon when the push rod was wiped, the cam lobe was as well and I went with an electric.

    Budd Caliper's

Just buy these Budd units that have been stainless steel sleeved and forget about it. Factory is truly the best here so as long as I can continue to buy rotors and sets of pads there is no reason to change. Military Blue

I ran across a paint chip website that listed 1968 Chrysler "All." It listed Dark Blue Poly EE-1. So that must be it, it was the darkest blue. Thanks everyone for weighing in.

    Dream shop....your opinions

Lots of builds over on Garagejournal.com will put the tubing in the slab (for floor heat) so it's there in the future if funds allow to complete the system. I would look into the cost of that, probably not too much, and I would consider that mandatory in Canada. As for paint on the floors, if...

    Fastest C body List

You ever get this list sorted out? I was looking for some info on an article I heard about, Fastest C Body in the Contry ( or somthing like that) . I came across this thread. Still looking for that Chrysler Power magazine article. I'm certainly not the fastest, but I'm pretty happy so...

    How many are left?

That is some incredible work by you! My tastes lean toward restored to factory original or mild upgrades but your ride is something I have never seen and is very tastefully done. Also, your skill set must be off the charts to be able to do that kind of work. I'm just a mechanic with no paint...

    Timing or Fuel issue?

Whenever working on a car always remember this. Sage advice I received over 40 years ago that has saved me many times.

    Trans fluid .

That may be true, but I've seen it more as "a flush just reveals any problems that may have been previously unknown" - if problems appear right after a flush, it was more than likely that the gearbox was already on its way out and the old fluid was just the duct tape holding everything together...

    Trans fluid .

My 1966 727 was running on naught but dirty fluid, Type F fluid and Lucas for the first couple years I ran it. When I finally had it rebuilt, the old guy who did it showed me the clutches. THERE WAS NO PADDING LEFT!! We surmised that the only thing which enabled the things to grip was all the...

    Fuel Pump Issues need diagnosis

Good! Yeah, see if you can score a push rod. Get some calipers and measure what you have now too. Spectra still might have some QC, I hope. Get a coffee can, undo your fuel line at the carb, w fuel line pointing in, make SURE the coil is disconnected, and CRANK that motor some seconds. THAT...
