    Had to Buy This one!

Don't forget about the Jeeps. I bought my '03 Wrangler about 4 years ago and now similar ones are selling for twice the price I paid. If I was a smart man I'd sell all of my toys while the prices are high. I love that truck. A good friend of mine had a white one years ago. He sold it on a whim...

    Had to Buy This one!

Nice truck. In that condition and with those few mile I'd have a hard time changing anything. But if I did I'd probably throw a turbo on the /6.

    Studebaker purchase opportunity

All of this reminded me of "Chickenhawk". An old racer from the '60s if I remember right, that had a twin turbo setup 20 years ago. Sadly, it looks like she was lost about 10 years ago.

    Studebaker purchase opportunity

@C Body Bob If you decide to proceed with this Studebaker or any other, Studebaker International is the go-to source for parts. Studebaker International Otherwise your stuck with "Studebaker guys" who are a dying breed now and rather hard to find, as you've seen. Very interesting cars but like...

    Studebaker purchase opportunity

I think I'd start here first. It seems like there are bearings (maybe bushings) that tend to wear out first. And of course it's under the engine (your arm will look different, the one pictured is for a power steering system)

    Studebaker purchase opportunity

Probably not going to change your mind but the '51 has a filler panel that I think looks better. But there are other small differences.

I know the quarters are bolt-on-off. Is Studebaker the only one that did that?

What's the funniest mod you've seen in a while???

I've never understood the mini truck craze, especially when they do extreme "body drops" like that. Looks like a pile of parts to me, kind of like a lot of the rat rods.

Hey you Canadians wanting a Hellcat better hurry

But if you were I think now might be the time to do it. With the current DEF shortage, those older pre-DEF trucks just gained 10% in value.

    Redeye Widebody

A good friend of mine killed a Camaro like that. :steering: We got going a little too fast (his fault, he was driving) and got T-boned by a tree.

I've never exceeded the posted limit on a public road. But in my younger days I may have gone faster than Bob.

Which is something they should have offered with the 4.0. My old Jeep would be just a little more fun with a snell hanging off the head.
