Nothing on the rocker panel. Here is a pic of the location on my 65. As was mentioned. the inner fender has to come out or the fender needs to come off unless you grind off the studs and glue it on.
It was built in Newark, DE and exported to Canada, where it was sold new at Pajot Chrysler/Plymouth in Amherstberg, where it remained until my purchase. It wasn't advertised and became available unexpectedly through a friend of mine.
I like the first pic. Its an important profile. A C body needs to looks good with a gas hose hanging out the back, since that's where you spend most of you time looking at the car.

Back in the later 1960s, I would spend hours on a Sunday afternoon filing down the ground electrode to get to a "Champion J-gap plug" equivalent. Where the ground electrode only covered 1/2 of the center electrode, for a better spark response. I could tell a bit of a difference, to the good...

Update: alright, much like the block's heater hose inlets and outlets, I finally got off my lazy *** and decided to get around to doing this...and it actually went quite well, albeit with a few hiccups. It's still a work in progress, but right now, I can confirm that even with the stock air...
I was walking the swap meet more than anything. I was too busy to take any pics worth sharing. None worth while of the Imperials since it was only 4 cars, one of which I see every day.
welcome to the wonderful world of C Bodies...there really is very little reproduced for our cars and much of what's out there only exists because it also fits the 6 figure models...and half the guys selling those parts don't realize that they interchange....step one is figuring out the factory...
