    Rear axle bearing vendor choices

You shouldn't have a problem. The axles butt against the shaft (called a thrust block) with the side gears on it and that's not going any place.

Coolest thing(s) I've seen in awhile.

There's something about this body style and year that intrigues me whenever I see one online or in the wild. I bet there is an organized group of collectors that relish it like we do with our cbodiesonly but I don't know enough about them to know for sure.

    Rear axle bearing vendor choices

Yea I agree with the Timken choice, it's hard to know these days where exactly they're made compared to years past. Regarding the axle do I have to worry about anything falling out on the inside or replacing something like a "button" or is that a thing only with a limited-slip diff (which mine...

    Rear axle bearing vendor choices

    Seat upholstery L2B3

Unless they have the material handy. That was my experience for one of my orders -- but only after I had requested and checked the samples. If @Gearhead wants samples (which I strongly recommend), then the window will have closed.

Power Steering Pump for a 440 going into a 1965 Fury

We are installing a mid 70's 440 into our 1965 Fury. All has been well until the last details of installing the power steering pump. We got a new Saginaw assembly from 440 source which does match up with the pully, but now we are hitting the motor mount so we will not be able to adjust our...
