Just found it too! The first time I looked at it the roof when I saw the full image made me move on past it. But closer look, that's definitely it. Located a little north east of you. I will definitely have to make a tip there as its only 4.5 hours to the north of me.

BOTH problems occurred. No instrument lights, AND headlights turn on and then go off. I will check the dimmer switch, but I can't imagine that getting plugged and unplugged. And I am sure it has nothing to do with the dash lights. But thanks for the tips!

Hadn't seen this until now. The sign is fake, but the rest of it is real. Except for a fence along the tracks it pretty much looks the same today. GM also did at least one ad here, and like Chrysler they're an American Brand

If your headlights are intermittently going off and on, the first thing I would check is the dimmer switch plug on the floor. Probably partially unplugged.

Yep, looks like someone was in there before you, and swapped that motor out, as in 1967, if memory serves correct, does not have that kind of connection to the motor, nor does it have the pucks. Don't know what happened to those pucks that you have, or what someone made them from. Or perhaps...

For many years, the Formal Hardtop Weatherstrip has been unobtanium. NOS sources have dried up. Some folks have cobbled up replacements, but it is not stock stuff, and I believe they needed to reuse/ glue on the original molded ends and corners.

Okay, so the post say intermittent headlights, but the text talks about instrument panel lights. If it's instrument panel, it's quite often a dirty rheostat...spin the dimmer back and forth to clean it up and you'll very probably "fix" it. The spring, which is the rheostat, gets corroded over...

Moved the right door 1959 sheet metal back about an 1/8". Real happy with the new door gap to the rear quarter... Not as excited about the fin alignment on top... Prolly screw with that a little more...

I never thought to take pictures of my tow vehicle. First year Cummins all stock except the flat bed on it when I got it.
