    My 1970 Fury 3 project

Got the engine in…had a few ignition issues with a cheap Chinese points distributor (just put new points on the old one) and a bad coil but now runs pretty good (still need to dial in the carb). Also got a new set of tires on it replacing the 25+ year old Kelly’s…no more flat spots. Decided it...

    Windshield compatibility 1971 Newport

My 71 Newport needs a new windshield. Overall it is in beautiful shape but the previous owner was tailing a semi and a rock put a big chip right in the drivers eye sight of the windshield. The chip is so bad you can actually see it from a distance in the picture below. I have had no luck...

    Need help decoding a vin

I guess it's a moot point nowas the car is sold, but I started typing this last nite. Sorry, I'm not that knowledgable on VINs and codes, And I thought that G was always 2-barrel in the 66-68 era. I just looked at the Certicard of the family car from my childhood, which was a '66 Fury II 4 dr...

Lets Play A Game: Last Of The Convertibles

@straightjob You're car has an SPD (scheduled production date) of A13, October 13th 1969. Can you post a picture of the drivers door sticker? That would tell us when the car came off the assembly line and what the actual production date ended. Great looking car !!

Quartz conversion for Clock -- 71 New Yorker

A long time ago I did this: https://www.forcbodiesonly.com/mopar-forum/threads/clock-restoration.34046/page-2 For North America you would need a different clock, one that's not receiving a signal from Germany but from Colorado. I believe they are called WWVB clocks

    We've lost Locumob - Scott.

This is sad... I met him at Carlisle, and we didn't get a chance to talk too much. Nice guy gone way too young.

    Oval air filter part numbers

I used to have a '58 DeSoto 2x4 set up and I used filters for a Sunbird, or something like that, I don't remember exactly. They are oval but need to be "squashed" a little more than they are, and they are a little shorter than the originals, but the circumference is very close to the originals...

    We've lost Locumob - Scott.

I don't believe I ever met the guy at Carlisle, but I've talked to him on here and seen his posts for years n years now. A complete shock. But yet another reminder of how unbelievably fragile and precious life is. I hope he is at peace.

NOT MINE 3,900 ACTUAL MILE 1978 Chrysler New Yorker

Thank-you! I've wondered who's buying these cars. I have a little back-story on the dealer: Two years ago, that dealer listed a 1970 Toronado GT for sale on YouTube, as "original and perfect". Fortunately, he mentioned where he bought it, and I found that ad as well. The car wasn't as...

    Is this a Monaco? 75?

Greetings. I owned the same car umpteen years ago. 1976 Dodge Royal Monaco, said so,...right on the side. Great machine, but that 400 was a bit fuel heavy for the pedal stomper I was back then.

72 Fury III 4dr Got my mojo back! Wrenching again...and I have QUESTIONS

It seems that of the small blocks from back in the 70s I've seen more sludged up 360s than 318s for some reason but that rust.. that's a different story. In the busted thermostat housing bolt is be threading a nut on it as best as I could and get the mig out and weld it to the stub. And yes...
