Thanks! Like your NYer too. Are there any numbers about how many 67's were built?

How did the factory paint these pieces?

Have some denatured alcohol ready and just spray them black, then wipe off the face with the alcohol pretty much right away. Alan

How did the factory paint these pieces?

How did the factory get the black paint on the sides of emblems, trim pieces, grills, etc. without getting it on the face or the back? As an example, this New Yorker emblem below. How did they mask off the face so perfectly? And there's no overspray on the back side either. The only way I...

    Is this cruise stalk factory?

I know this is a reply to an OLD thread, but.... That stalk may be considered "factory" to some, but the car it is installed in is a '68 Imperial--- It is definitely NOT original. They had AutoPilot System with the dial and switch on the dash panel leading edge, below the light and wiper...

NOT MINE 1973 Chrysler New Yorker 4dr Hardtop, 28K miles - $7,900 - Brush, CO

I could get that paint shinning. It will take labour but look great. A machine polish can really screw up the metallic.

Down $1k to $8.9k ask. The new photos that you posted are helpful, in that they pop less / are more realistic than the ones in the original ad that had been taken after CS43T3C280858 had been just washed -- and made the JY6 almost look like GY8.

Need schooling on how to find parts numbers in parts manual.

That’s a plastic/nylon part that might be found with Murray Park.

    Ads are effectively irritating

Not entirely true, something was said in post #6 & 20. I applaud you for not being a sheep.

    Ads are effectively irritating

I always find it interesting that people that complain about someone else’s website never post links to their site and say “here’s what I’m doing on my site and why it’s better”.

    We've lost Locumob - Scott.

He needed someone to go all in, and then blow up a motor on a trip. Somehow Scott managed to do that more than once.
