It looks like your leaf springs still have a nice curve. To Che whether it is the shocks propping it up or the springs, pop the shocks off and see if it lowers. As also mentioned check the front ride height per the FSM (field service manual). The front could be a little low making the rear...
When I was younger all I wanted to do was remove the A/C from my cars, 67 Barracuda Fastback, 68 Sport Fury 383-4 Magnum. Now that I'm older I realized what a mistake it was especially the factory units.
You have to clean out your inbox. My parts are all mopar oem used or new. Can you call the USA? Much easier. Converting it is a pia. You have to notch the housing. Much easier and cheaper to put a petronix unit in there.

I Want to convert my '68 383 point distributor to electronic one,i have an aftermarket 440 electronic one but some reason can't set the timing properly,i think the weights or springs doesn't match and the shaft and T bar different i can't make a good one of...

I have advance cams and clips what do you need? Advance cam or clip? They usually do not go bad the upper dist shaft bends. Also what number? 17 is 34 at the crank
I think you got everything right. However, I don't think the car has a sure grip. I will say I never actually checked... I'll try to when it gets a little warmer.
