    Filler neck grommet install.

I just rub some olive oil on it, and slide it in. No comments from the peanut gallery please.

    We've lost Locumob - Scott.

I just found out of Scott's passing yesterday. My deepest condolences go out to his sister and family. I met Scott at @sixpkrt, (Tim Kelly), 2nd Annual C Body Show. Scott had a infectious laugh coupled w/ a wicked sense of humor whether telling a story or pulling a prank w/ an occasional gleam...

    69 383 engine paint

I used the Hirsch '57-'58 Pontiac Turquoise (in person it looks more greenish, more correct, than on my screen), hardware store semi-gloss black, and I had the exhaust manifolds ceramic coated locally in "cast gray" color.

    NOT MINE 1965 DODGE MONACO 2 D HT - $14,500

So why are these not removed? That’s kind of confusing and misleading. If the car is gone, the posting should not be up anymore. Just saying that makes more sense to me.

Very true, and they overexpose everything as well. Yours looks nice, what did you paint it with?

For Sale 15x7 class ll 2 rallye wheel

Your price is fair. If it were a full set, and not so far away, I would be interested. But probably so would a lot of people?

    Driveshaft for '68 Fury (2-piece / bushing ?)

This is a different "two-piece driveshaft" than many are used to seeing. I'm wondering if this was some engineering experimentation that was supposed to make the car run smoother, or they were chasing some harmonic that the rubber dampened? Might even have been a pesky vendor that wanted to...

    1971 Plymouth Fury Custom

Vinyl has been removed. The chrome trim at the base of the c pillars and under rear window would not have been there if it did not have vinyl top.

15 Manual Transmission 1967 Fury II Wagons according to Galen's book. Probably includes 4 speeds too but who knows what was what.

    1971 Plymouth Fury Custom

Looks to me like it has tinted glass. It is a light greenish color, not like the dark gray we call tint now. Get in the car and look out through the glass, then through the open door, you'll see the difference. Or in your second picture, looking at the truck tailgate beside the car, then...

(Another) 383 2 bbl to 4 bbl conversion thread, anyone got a parts list?

Fair enough, at the end of the day you do what makes you happy. Gonna keep mine largely stock but go to 15 inch mopar police wheels. Stock 383 with stock log manifolds, but now with the AVS2, am looking into getting a dual exhaust since that'd become a major choke point. It also now has...

    1971 Plymouth Fury Custom

Probably not. Most likely would have been this one, same as in post #11. Tuff wheel was most often seen on sportier models of b and e bodies.

My 1971 Imperial Factory Sunroof 2 Door Coupe

Fortunately mine where all there and in nice shape. I would be 99% sure no one makes them. If I had to restore them you can buy a chrome vinyl. Use that to wrap them then you would have to source or get the wood grain printed. 70's Cadillacs have a thin woodgrain insert on the steering wheels, I...
