No RTV. Clean, flat surfaces. Be careful those longer bolts don't bottom out. I don't think you need longer bolts. I reused what was there. The gasket isn't that much thicker. I have no idea on torque. I just use a 1/4" rachet and snug.

If you are ordering the steering box with large sector shaft then you will need large sector pitman arm. Moog K7076. Small sector shaft pitman arms are very hard to find, if you do find will be expensive
