170-200 would be the range I expect to see. 210 wouldn't bother me idling in traffic on a hot summer day. Anything beyond that - somethings wrong.

Rod comes out with motor and motor does not work without rod. Why would anyone take motor and leave rod? Ship the motor in a box and rod in PVC pipe.

The motor was taken apart 20 years ago and is in a garage. Not sure about transmission. Not sure about grill or front fenders yet. As I recall he said the motor had some type of issue. What would the motor and trans be worth to add to the car if I can't get him to add it for the price...
