    I'm not sure that the back side of the copper tape will make good electrical contact with the trace on the board. The sticky layer will interfere. I don't think that copper tape was intended for that sort of use.

    Mmmmm, I like all this info, definitely going to do the Mopar approved unit. However regarding GMs HEI I also own a 76 Olds 88, the HEI has been great, changed pick up about 20 years ago, have owned car for close to 30 yrs ! But for the Chrysler will get Mopar.

    Question on borderline battery

    If you're reading 12. something volts batt should be ok. Amps performance is based on 0 and 32 degrees F for 30 seconds. I am sure you're battery is ok to crank that 440 without harm to other components downstream. As far as the loss of total amperage, is your charging system working correctly...

    Is a 70 service manual basically the same as a 69 service manual? Also looking for a good RH mirror and crate engine builder...

    I plan to go to Carlaisle this year, so maybe I could get a 72 - 73 intake and thermoquad there... I live in a very small town in the middle of nowhere (150 000 people that is 2 000 miles from a city - true, but hard to believe, I know) and they recommend a chrysler 360-400 low deck manifold...
