    Good question. The windshield glass is the same for 69-70 right? Perhaps the dash frame is the same. Maybe the pad is the same???

    That's definitely a nice option. I will absolutely look into that. Even if I do find a dash pad in good shape or if I redo mine, it would be a nice extra layer of protection. Thanks!

    Is this cruise stalk factory?

    From the pictures it appears the car was originally equipped with Auto Pilot (see wheel on dash behind stalk control). That would account for the correct assemblage of a factory installation under the hood. My guess: the factory controls on the dash failed and the person before you "McGuyvered"...

    Can shocks with springs affect ride height?

    One more question, would a firmer riding shock like KYB or Bilstein ride higher than say a base Monroe or Gabriel shock? (Or as high as the ones I have now)?
