Runs and drives has a 383 engine with a 3 speed automatic. Only has AM radio and all the lights work as they should. Will drive on the interstate just fine.

If I read correctly, CE41G9C230377 was painted R6 red with an L1 (beige) top. @69CoronetRT can check and he will correct me if needed.

I wasn't sure if L1 is beige vinyl top or beige painted top

It's definitely painted now. Wondering if it came from the factory that way.

Good looking car with very little rust from a great state.

Vinyl top would be V1L, not L1

V1L in 70 through 74 anyway. Is the 69 the same format? With V first? Or would it be 1L in 69?

Seems L1 is the equivalent to v02/BL1 in 1970. Is that a correct comparison?
Again, different plants, different practices and here we are with a 69 making a different transition year, plant and practice.

I'm curious to know what the market says it is worth.
He must have not received enough interest on fakebook.

Not a player here on this one.

It has many things in its favor (apparent condition from a favorable climate), some things not (four door post, low options). Still, worth much more than $2 large. I'd fall outta my old man rocking chair, and my hat would come off off, if it did $8K.

Seller doesn't mention documentation to corroborate mileage, so it almost demands potential buyers to judge it with eyeballs AND butt in seat.

WIthout that kinda due diligence, though likely worth more, I'd guess it gets to between $3-4K on feebay and WONT meet reserve.

Hope it does well in any event. Looks like a real decent driver at what should be a reasonable price.

For some reason there is no fakebook link in the first post.
Here it is.

I think it being in "Casper The Friendly Wyoming" isn't helping. If it were in a major population center it would be sold by now.

yeah, location could be a "con" for tranportation cost/local marketing visibility reasons.

even if it was around the block from me (vs. 2500 miles) the BIN ask is a little tall for me (somebody who moves them from wherever I find them if I make the deal :poke:).

hope it does well in the end. looks to be really clean.

AFAICT, the superb interior is consistent with the mileage claim. I hope it ends in a good home.
