ENGINE removal question on 66 Chrysler 300

Much harder. All the front-end sheet metal comes off, bumper, grille, radiator support etc. Except for releasing the tension on the torsion bars, the suspension doesn't need to come apart like a K-frame on like a B-body, but that's the only advantage. Basically, everything from the firewall...

70 Sport Fury and Fury III tail light lens differences

Only difference between a Sport & III is the finish panel. Bumper & tail lights the same.

    A74 code on 1970 senior Dodges (and A71 A75 A76 too!)

Thank you. So the SBD of this car would add 4 days to that 9-11-1969 cutoff. @69CoronetRT

Is this normal on my 72 Fury rear taillight lens?

Yes, it is meant to be there. It is applied by the manufacturer on a multitude of models' tail light lenses to highlight, mask for appearance, and/or prevent light bleed.

    318 4-barrel from the factory?

318 4 barrels in cop cars as well. M Bodies if I remember correctly. No aftermarket stickers on the air cleaner though. They ran 360 heads.

ENGINE removal question on 66 Chrysler 300

    Great for A, B, and E bodies. C-bodies don't have a K frame. They have a stub frame

ENGINE removal question on 66 Chrysler 300

There is no K frame on a C body, it's the front subframe. Much more work than a K frame.

ENGINE removal question on 66 Chrysler 300

Really, the best way is to remove the engine, k-frame, and transmission assembled together from underneath the car by jacking up the body! That's how the factory assembled it! Much easier than you'd think!
