Look at online tire sellers, many sizes of 14" available. Tire stores don't stock what they don't sell. I'm not sure about Canada shipping though. Maybe there is an online one on Canada.

There are clips at the bottom and screws inside the sail panel towards the rear. Be gentle removing the sail panel. Very easily cracked.
