I’m looking for a set of 14” white line tires to get the perfect stock look on my 1972 Satellite wagon.
They seem almost impossible to find these days.
Does anyone know a source for them?
I’m in Canada which doesn’t help with sourcing some.

P215/75R-14 would be G78x14.
Hankook Kinergy ST, Nexen, and some VietNamese brands still have whitewalls. Nobody will have them in stock, locally, but my local tire guy said he could have them in a few days when I talked to him in December.

White lines?

Do you mean white-walls?

I think I was putting 195-75-14 or 205-74-14 tires on my '73 Satellite (4-door) back in the 1990's.

I'd be more concerned that you can get the right tire size first. And you'll be paying 25% more for them now.

Just note- if you thought that the range of tire sizes and brands available in Canada was poor as it is, it's about to get worse.

Look at online tire sellers, many sizes of 14" available. Tire stores don't stock what they don't sell.

I'm not sure about Canada shipping though. Maybe there is an online one on Canada.

I stumbled onto the whitewall Kinergy STs on Tire Rack. Will they not ship to Canada? Or perhaps to a "willing co-conspirator" just over the border?

What's available at retail in Canada depends on what the Canadian wholesalers / distributors "bring in". They only bring-in what moves, and sizes that are rarely used for cars any more are not "brought in". For buying on-line, there's no limit as long as you can pay for it.

I recommend @Fireguyfire check out 1010tires.com - they seem to have a presence in both Canada and US, I think his end costs including shipping might be lower with them vs tirerack. I see they're selling 215-75-14 Hankook Kinergy ST for $140 a tire (don't know if that's CAD or USD). That's for black-wall. The white-wall version is a crazy $245 each.

@Fireguyfire what is the width of your current rims? The bead width. It's either going to be 5.5 or 6 I'm guessing.

I was looking up the specs for a '72 Satellite wagon (www.automobile-catalog.com). We don't know the exact model and engine. Looking at Custom wagon with 400 CID engine, factory tire size was H78-14. A matching metric tire is going to be P225/75R14 or P235/70R14, but I don't think you're going to find any tires that size, maybe Coker has them. You're probably going to have to go to 15" rims to put a proper set of tires on that wagon.

I recently put these on my ‘68 300 (15” version).
