    Purchased in 1979 from Harbor Freight via mail order. From a paper catalog with a mail in order blank and check. I had to fully weld the seam between the angle iron struts used as the sides due to flexing. It has worked okay since.

    Only factory valve covers were stamped steel, painted engine color or chromed (in some years, with a chromed air cleaner many times).
