For Sale 1966 Fury 3 project part out

Yes, but the OP might be privately replying with pricing to people. Some sellers do that. Or would be better to preface your public offer of parts with 'if the OP doesn't contact you...'

I'm 99% that it is not in here yet, thanks for posting. I saw it on my phone today and was goign to post it, thanks for saving me the effort!

    NOT MINE '70 Monaco coupe.

Well, better there than in the doorpanels. The wiring would surely withstand the seat-flipping if it's not routed near any pinchpoints.

For Sale 1966 Fury 3 project part out

Man, don't try to poach a buyer in someone else's for-sale thread. Not cool. That's not the correct shroud for a Poly anyway.

NOT MINE Not C body but Mopar 65 Barracuda

Commandos have a 10.5 clutch! Did not know that. Not that it's a game-changer for me on this car, but whether to get a HD 9" clutch or swap to 10.5" was a big road-fork in my spreadsheet for this car. For getting it running as-is with a 5.2 vs future desires for more fun. Interesting on the SG...

68 Newport, can i use a non ac heater core in an ac car?

Removing the 2 bolts at the lower corners of the dash and disconnecting the steering column from the dash might give a little bit of wiggle room to make a difference, too.

NOT MINE Not C body but Mopar 65 Barracuda

Ha! When I saw $5500 and non-Formula S with HP and 4-speed, I knew the car without even seeing a picture. It has been for sale for at least 6 mos that I've seen. Seller also has (had) a 64 or 65 Valiant 4door parts car for $1900. (optimistic price, there was nothing desirable about it, and was...

    NOT MINE '70 Monaco coupe.

Early-build car with the Fratzog rear bumper. Or at least an early bumper. @ayilar - you might want to get info on this one?

    NOT MINE '71 300 2-door parts car $850

Prolly too far gone to be worth restoring, but looks like it would help other cars live on. If nothing else, snatch it up and make sure the 440 goes into another C-body, rather than a B/E body and the rest getting crushed.

TFX International Specialized Vehicle Transport - WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY WHOSE MOTTO IS " WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE "

You just can't help yourself, can you? Your lawyer told you to remove a post, and would probably like you to stop totally, but you just can't stop talking about this. You claim you just want to warn others, but you did that on post #1. You keep proving you are simply trying to damage this...

    NOT MINE 1971 Chrysler 300 2-door Hardtop.

Down to $8500 in case anyone is interested. I seriously doubt it's a 1-owner car. Most likely they got it from the guy that got it from the guy that bought it from the original owner's family. The passenger-side lower quarter panel looks like it's painted black? And looks like the description...

NOT MINE '70 Newport 2-door Hardtop.

Ad on FB is now marked as pending. Looking a the pics 1 final time - I think there are a lot of flaws in the sheetmetal and paint on this one, I'm betting it looks noticeably worse in person.

66 New Yorker 440 - what do you hear?

Moot point now that we're not buying the car. The engine isn't twitching, so that's a good sign. It sounds like possibly worn alternator bearings are making some constant and repetitive noise. My hunch is that the PS pump is making the intermittent noise. One of my cars sounds similar. I...

Fixing a noisy, tinny sounding trunk lid on my Formal

Based on how those 2-full-layer trunklids are constructed - I'd leave it alone. It is greater risk to ruin it vs improving the sound. (as others have demonstrated) That polyurethane spray foam is capable of leveling concrete slabs. I bought one of these things awhile back for a project at...

    Bad News from ESPO

Politicians seem to only look at what they change and the 'desired results' from that change, and never consider that what they meddle with is a system, and that systems will react and respond. Often in the opposite direction...

Would you guys be concerned about this?

As others have said, that's no concern. For me, if you aren't going to drive the car on wet roads, I wouldn't do anything to it. That rust is stable. Adding some 'proven' topcoat always has a mild chance of not performing properly. For instance, it the topcoat is slightly porous and with...

    Incremental sheet metal forming

And for those high-dollar restos, another big benefit to 'digital' tooling is that the opposing side is just a mirrored-program away. Or as would be in my case, to make both of them wrong.

TFX International Specialized Vehicle Transport - WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY WHOSE MOTTO IS " WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE "

I have read thru this more than once, and I need to stop wasting my time on it. OP's most recent posts are gone but some of it lives on in quotes. Overall it really doesn't make sense. Car is noted as being sold Nov 2023, and there was noted a price drop to $70k. Then Mar 7th it sounds as if it...
