318 poly to 360 engine swap

I have a 1966 Fury with a 318 poly and a 727 transmission. I want to put a modern 360 crate motor in it. Does anyone know if this will bolt up to my existing tranny and motor mounts and what other changes I would need to make?

    Sanden conversion or RV2 Rebuild?

Wait what? I thought going R12 > R134a is 80% of the R12 charge weight. It will never be as good as the R12 though which is why I'm a sucker for HC12. From personal experience it's just as good as, if not better than R12, and your HVAC system will last much longer because it runs at lower...

WANTED WTB 1967 B/RB Valve Covers and Air Cleaner

I currently have 2 ‘67 Imps so I’m well aware of what they look like and I also have a couple of spare ‘67 air cleaners from Imperials. Without having looked at any reference materials accept the ‘67 parts book I will say I don’t recall seeing a short round single snorkel air cleaner on a 440...

    Sanden conversion or RV2 Rebuild?

R-134a charge is best to be done using register temps and high and low side pressures. Your description is good. R-134a has a very narrow hysteresis or ‘sweet spot’. Too much or little and performance degrades quickly.

Ah yes, T7 is saddle tan in 70-71. So T7 in 77 is chestnut then. Thanks @Mr C Your trim tag will have the interior color on it. The tag is located on the front radiator support. Here is my tag on my 76 T&C . Mine is a Y3 Gold interior.

Charging troubles: Ammeter bad? 1964 Chrysler

Nice sanitary view under the hood. The Ammeter in this car is calibrated to read only the current flow in to the battery (charging) or the amount flowing from the battery (alternator not operating or not operating properly). Most auto supply stores will give your system a quick check. You can...

I ran across this. It's not far from me and the building is still standing, although I don't think all the cabins are.

    440 Piston Recommendations

    440 Piston Recommendations

Your 440 will be really close to what I built several years ago. I'm not concerned about driving my car at over 6000 feet though. Mine started as a low compression 440 with a cast crank and 902 heads. I went with Ross Pistons, part #437RB (flat top .030 over). I don't think they're available...

WANTED WTB 1967 B/RB Valve Covers and Air Cleaner

We have all run across omissions in the parts book, so let's forget the book for a moment. Matt, what have you seen on cars? Have you seen an Imperial have a long single snorkel air cleaner that takes a pie tin? Have you seen an imperial pie tin? They won't fit the short single snorkel air...

    440 Piston Recommendations

I helped design the MT and now Icon pistons the are the only way to go mock it up to get tight quench like .030 035 with your milling, decking and gasket selection measure twice cut once 6 pack pistons with a wedge 915 head will most likely give you too much compression unless you D Dish...
