Well regardless, that coolant looks like it’s dribbling from the heater box unless you can see otherwise.
Bypass the box by short circuiting the heater hose and see if it stops.
Sometimes the broomstick to your ear trick will rule out or confirm internal engine noises, including ticks. An exhaust leak may start to show some carbon evidence if its in a spot where you can see it. You can likely confirm an exhaust leak just lifting off idle listening with the hood open.

Theyre big holes for turn signal indicators.
My 72 has the fender mounted turn signals, which, as you know, are much smaller.
Were the lenses a lot bigger, in accordance/ proportion to these?
